Let's start again.....

I can't believe that it is more than 6 months since I decided to try and create my blogg, so much has happened in that time, I really feel that I need to begin all over again. When I posted my first (and only) entry in December, I had no way of knowing how the next few months were going to change my life.

In December I was off sick from my job but expected to be able to return to work, I have now retired from work due to my ongoing health problems, but have become the main carer to my elderly father who moved 200 hundred miles at the end of April to live with me, my husband, my thirteen year old daughter and my sister in law. This is a huge change for all of us, and one that it is taking time to adjust to, although there are many benefits to all of us, I am really pleased to have this opportunity to spend some quality time with my father, something I have not really done in all my adult life, and for him and my 13 year old daughter to get to know each other better

Although I am now at home most of the time, I really seem to have less time to spend on my hobbies etc, as the hours and days just seem to fly by. Hence this entry at 00:56 am English Time.
